About the Role
Coordinate the formulation, implementation and evaluation of gender-mainstreaming, inclusivity and wellness policies, strategies and programmes across the Ministry.
Duties:
- Build strategic partnerships with the Zimbabwe Gender Commission, line ministries and civil society.
- Coordinate programmes on the welfare of persons with disabilities.
- Audit policies, procedures and systems to embed employee wellbeing and develop appropriate wellness programmes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Gender Studies, or a social-science degree with a bias in gender mainstreaming or equivalent (a relevant Master's is an added advantage).
- At least 2 years' experience at Deputy Director level.
- Clear understanding of national development policies, priorities and goals.
- Well-developed communication and analytical skills; ability to use ICT in the design, deployment and monitoring of programmes.
