We're hiring! Puttery Barn is entering an exciting new chapter. As we continue to grow our events, entertainment and hospitality offering, we're looking for a talented and ambitious Events & Marketing Assistant to join our team and help shape what comes next. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to do more than simply fill a position — someone who wants to grow with the brand, bring fresh ideas to the table and play an active role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

The opportunity — working closely with our management team, you will help

• Develop and execute an exciting calendar of events and activations.
• Create new concepts that drive footfall and engagement.
• Grow Puttery Barn's presence across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Capture and create engaging photo and short-form video content.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions and partnerships.
• Coordinate entertainers, suppliers, brands and event partners.
• Help grow our corporate, birthday and private-event offerings.
• Support the continued evolution of the Puttery Barn brand.
• Be hands-on during key events, including evenings and weekends.

Who we're looking for

• Someone who is creative, energetic, organised and ambitious.
• Enjoys being around people, understands what makes a great experience and has the confidence to take an idea from concept through to execution.
• A good understanding of social media, an eye for content and, importantly, a hospitality mindset.
• Experience in hospitality, events, marketing or social media is an advantage, but initiative, attitude and the desire to grow are valued just as much.
