About the Role
DAPP Zimbabwe is seeking an External Consultant to conduct the end-of-project evaluation of the "Building Adaptive Capacity of Vulnerable Communities to Climate Change" project in Chimanimani District (Wards 13 & 21). The 30-month initiative, supported by CISU and UFF-Humana, has empowered 1,000 smallholder farmers with climate-smart agriculture, alternative livelihoods and disaster-risk-reduction strategies.

Requirements
Key consultant requirements
- A Master's degree and at least 7 years of evaluation experience.
- Expertise in climate adaptation, disaster risk reduction (DRR) and livelihoods.
- Proficiency in mixed-methods research.
- Knowledge of the Zimbabwean context.
