About the Role
A qualified and passionate Field Officer to join the Zimbabwe Women's Bureau team in Gutu District, supporting community-level project activities focused on agribusiness, biodiversity, horticulture, small livestock production and sustainable livelihoods.
Requirements
- At least 5 years' relevant experience in agriculture, biodiversity, agroecology, community development, livelihoods programming or related; demonstrable experience working directly with smallholder farmers and rural communities.
- Practical experience in horticulture production and small livestock (particularly traditional chickens and goats); experience in project implementation, field monitoring, data collection and reporting; stakeholder engagement across government, private sector and civil society.
- Proven ability to ride a motorbike; ability to train adult learners; strong organisational, planning, facilitation and networking skills; professionalism, integrity and ability to meet deadlines.
