Finance Manager

Job location: Harare, Zimbabwe. Contract: Full Time. Closing date: 20 November 2026.

Climate Ledger Africa is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance Manager to oversee financial management, ensure compliance, and support the organisation's growth. The Finance Manager will play a critical role in budgeting, financial planning, donor reporting, and strengthening financial systems.

Qualifications and experience

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or CA is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial management, with NGO experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting and compliance.
• Experience managing donor-funded projects and reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
