About the Role
CAA Career Connect has been engaged to identify five high-calibre Financial Controllers for opportunities within the mining sector (Harare).
The opportunity
- Preparation and oversight of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
- Financial analysis, variance reporting, costing and management KPIs.
- Support for CFO, CEO and operational decision-making.
- Managing audit processes, internal controls and reconciliations.
- Group and site-level financial reporting.
- Technical accounting guidance on complex transactions.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable IFRS requirements.

Requirements
Who we are looking for
- Recently qualified CA(Z) or CA(SA), ideally with relevant post-articles experience.
- Strong IFRS and financial-reporting competence.
- Comfortable with consolidation, Group reporting and complex accounting matters.
- Strong Excel, analytical and management-reporting capabilities.
- Ready to assume broader financial-management responsibility.
Added advantage: mining experience; Group/holding-company reporting; multi-site operations experience.
