About the Role
Reports to the Manager, Gender, Inclusivity and Wellness.
Duties:
- Develop gender-sensitive policies and programmes; conduct awareness campaigns on gender equality.
- Coordinate wellness initiatives and health programmes; organise training and workshops; collaborate with stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Gender Studies, Psychology or related.
- Experience in gender advocacy or wellness programmes; excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills.
