About the Role

Are you a creative visionary who loves digital design but wants to learn the technical engine behind it? We are looking for a passionate Graduate Trainee to join our team. While you bring the design flair, layout expertise and multimedia skills, we will train you in front-end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to bring your designs to life.

What you will do (and learn):
- Design: Create beautiful wireframes, user interfaces (UI) and interactive prototypes.
- Code (we will train you): Translate visual designs into clean, responsive web code.
- Collaborate: Work with the team to bridge the gap between creative layouts and functional websites.
- Grow: Complete structured learning modules in modern UI/UX workflows and front-end development.

Requirements

- Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Visual Communication and Multimedia Design or a related field.
- Graduated within the last 3 years.
- Minimum degree class: 2.1.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and web development principles.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a clean eye for typography, colour theory, layout and digital media.
- A highly logical mindset and eagerness to learn coding. Basic exposure to Figma or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, but not required.

Skills: Graphic Design, CSS, JavaScript, Video Editing.
