The role
Emergency Dispatch Officers will be responsible for:
- Receiving and managing emergency and assistance requests.
- Assessing the nature, location and urgency of each request.
- Coordinating ambulances, roadside assistance, towing, security and other service providers.
- Monitoring response and resolution times.
- Keeping customers informed and reassured.
- Maintaining accurate incident records.
- Escalating urgent or high-risk situations appropriately.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 O-Levels, including English and Mathematics.
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centres, emergency services, healthcare, security, transport or dispatch is an advantage.
- First Aid, healthcare or emergency-response experience is an added advantage.
