About the Role
Karoi United Football Club, a proud community club competing in the Northern Region Soccer League, invites applications for the position of Head Coach.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct training sessions.
- Lead the team during all league and cup matches.
- Develop player performance and team competitiveness.
- Work closely with the Executive Committee and Technical Department.
- Promote discipline, professionalism and the values of Karoi United FC.
- Design, develop and implement a comprehensive junior-development policy and structure for the club.

Requirements
- CAF B Coaching Licence (minimum qualification).
- Proven coaching experience at competitive football level.
- Strong leadership, communication and player-management skills.
- Ability to develop and implement tactical and technical training programmes.
- Knowledge of modern football coaching methodologies.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve performance targets.
