About the Role
Duties and responsibilities
- Assist in identifying, monitoring and reporting risks within the organisation.
- Participate in systems audits.
- Track and review strategic action plans and timelines to ensure milestones are met.
- Monitor compliance with policies and procedures.
- Assist in assessing alignment between controls and organisational policies.
- Collaborate on the preparation of annual audit plans.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Requirements
- Be studying towards a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Audit and Risk Management or a related field at any local university.
- Have an application for Work-Related Learning placement letter from a local university.
Personal attributes: disciplined and punctual; excellent oral and written communication in English; computer and technical literacy; strong analytical and numerical skills.
