Duties and responsibilities

• Assist in identifying, monitoring and reporting risks within the organisation.
• Participate in systems audits.
• Track and review strategic action plans and timelines to ensure milestones are met.
• Monitor compliance with policies and procedures.
• Assist in assessing alignment between controls and organisational policies.
• Collaborate on the preparation of annual audit plans.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Educational requirements

• Be studying towards a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Audit and Risk Management or a related field at any local university.
• Have an application for Work-Related Learning placement letter from a local university.

Personal attributes: disciplined and punctual; excellent oral and written communication in English; computer and technical literacy; strong analytical and numerical skills.
