About the Role
An IT Manager responsible for the delivery, security, performance and continuous improvement of technology services at the Clinic — ensuring clinical and business systems are reliable and compliant, and driving digital transformation (analytics, automation, AI).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage clinical and business systems (EHR, LIMS, RIS, PACS, pharmacy) and infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud, devices); backup, DR and asset lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with the Cyber and Data Protection Act and healthcare regulations; implement cybersecurity controls and incident response.
- Lead and coach the IT team; manage helpdesk, service levels and vendors; oversee data governance, analytics and BI.
- Identify and implement digital-health, AI and automation initiatives with proper governance; support the technology strategy, projects and IT budgets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related.
- 5–7 years' IT experience including 2–3 years in a supervisory/management role; healthcare-IT experience an advantage.
- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, Azure, CISSP, CISM or Security+ desirable.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, project and vendor management, budgeting and stakeholder engagement.
