Key Account Officer

Job summary

Cimas Health Group, driven by its purpose to inspire healthier communities, seeks a highly motivated Key Account Officer. This role serves as the primary strategic liaison between Cimas Health Group and its clients, centred on building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships and ensuring client retention.

The successful candidate will be responsible for

• Engaging with key corporate accounts and overseeing account management.
• Conducting daily key account visits and reviewing the performance of key accounts.
• Monitoring monthly contribution payments.
• Liaising with the Customer Service team for key accounts debt collection initiatives.
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly regional account reports.

Key competencies

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to plan and organise in line with job requirements.
• Ability to analyse and solve work-related problems while achieving the right outcome.
• Excellent time management and teamwork skills.
• Clean class 4 driver's licence.

Qualifications

• First degree in Business Management, Sales and Marketing Management or equivalent.
• Post qualification in Sales & Marketing is an added advantage.
• At least 2 years' experience.
