Leasing of Space for Ultrasound Scan Services (Council Clinics)
About the Role
Prospective service providers to provide the following:
- Company profile, including tax clearance, copy of business licence and proof of Council rates bill clearance.
- Registration with the Health Professions Authority of Zimbabwe for both company and employees.
- Employees' profile — attach their Curriculum Vitae.
- Type and specifications of machine to be used.
- Proposed charges for the Ultrasound Scans.
- Proposed fee retention for City Council per scan.
- Exemption proposals for the indigent (less privileged).
Harare City Council will provide the following: space at a council clinic for a specified rental/lease fee; a lease fee to cover room overheads including water and electricity; determination of the clinics to be covered and times of operation; supervision of the service; may fix the maximum rates for the scans; and the lease agreement to successful companies.
Requirements
- Registration with the Health Professions Authority of Zimbabwe (company and employees).
- Qualified employees (CVs required) and a suitable ultrasound machine (specifications required).
