About the Role
The Zimbabwe Gender Commission is hiring a Legal Officer based in Mutare, reporting to the Legal Manager.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Provide legal advice to the Commission.
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
- Advise on legislation, regulations and Constitutional provisions.
- Conduct legal research on gender-related issues.
- Identify legal gaps for law reform.
- Manage legal and court processes.
- Implement legal-awareness programmes.

Requirements
Minimum qualifications and experience
- LLB Hons (Bachelor of Laws) or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience.
