Job summary

Probottlers Division is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator in Harare. The role involves documentation, record keeping, transport dispatch coordination, warehouse support, system updates, compliance and SOP adherence.

Key responsibilities

1. Ensure accurate and timely processing of logistics documentation.
2. Support the coordination of transport and warehouse activities.
3. Maintain organised records and reports for logistics operations.
4. Assist in resolving logistics queries and discrepancies.
5. Coordinate daily dispatch schedules with drivers, transporters, warehouse and production teams.
6. Verify loading quantities, delivery documentation and proof of delivery.
7. Monitor vehicle and route plans, escalating delays, damages or losses promptly.
8. Assist with stock movement reconciliation, inventory counts and investigation of variances.
9. Update logistics information in ERP systems and prepare routine operational reports.
10. Liaise with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders to resolve delivery issues.
11. Support compliance with company procedures, health and safety requirements, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications and experience

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• 1 to 2 years' experience in logistics or warehouse administration.
