About the Role
A Loss Controller (fixed-term) based at Sherwood B (Ref Z/HHR08/08/2026), reporting to the Chief Loss Control Officer.
Key responsibilities
- Train all Loss Control Assistants in drill movements, physical education, unarmed defence tactics, first aid and weaponry.
- Maintain a daily duty roster and ensure all strategic points are effectively manned; participate in and supervise Loss Control Assistant operations.
- Generate timely reports and recommend mitigation measures; supervise impromptu visits, spot checks and loss-control audits; conduct preliminary investigations; ensure accurate incident reports.

Requirements
- A Diploma in Risk/Security Management, Law, Criminology, Police and Security Studies or equivalent.
- 5 O' Levels including English Language; 4 years' experience in loss control/security operations; clean Class 4 driver's licence.
