About the Role
Olivine Oil Zimbabwe is hiring five energetic and detail-oriented Market Auditors to join its Commercial Team in Harare. This is a field-based role combining motorcycle mobility with market auditing, compliance monitoring and real-time retail intelligence collection.
Duties and responsibilities
- Conducting audits in retail and general-trade outlets.
- Monitoring product availability, pricing and shelf visibility.
- Capturing competitor activities and promotional intelligence.
- Collecting GPS-tagged data using the SENRI mobile platform.
- Submitting real-time reports that support faster business decisions.

Requirements
Minimum requirements
- Valid motorcycle licence.
- Minimum 2 years' motorcycle riding experience.
- Experience in sales, market research or retail operations is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and confidence using digital tools.
- Ability to work independently and travel daily across Harare.
