Market Auditors (5 Positions)

Olivine Oil Zimbabwe is hiring five energetic and detail-oriented Market Auditors to join its Commercial Team in Harare. This is a field-based role combining motorcycle mobility with market auditing, compliance monitoring and real-time retail intelligence collection.

Duties and responsibilities

• Conducting audits in retail and general-trade outlets.
• Monitoring product availability, pricing and shelf visibility.
• Capturing competitor activities and promotional intelligence.
• Collecting GPS-tagged data using the SENRI mobile platform.
• Submitting real-time reports that support faster business decisions.

Minimum requirements

• Valid motorcycle licence.
• Minimum 2 years' motorcycle riding experience.
• Experience in sales, market research or retail operations is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and confidence using digital tools.
• Ability to work independently and travel daily across Harare.
