About the Role

Marketing Graduate Trainee — marketing mind, tech flair, outspoken energy. Join our Training, Media and Consultancy Division (TMC) and take the lead on marketing and managing our Digital Tools suite, supporting the TMC Division on wider marketing initiatives along the way.

Key responsibilities
- Market and drive demonstration requests, quote enquiries and new client sign-ups for the Digital Tools suite.
- Maintain and update the digital tools websites/product pages — content and calls-to-action.
- Monitor website, sign-in, demo-request and access issues, and escalate them promptly to the technical team.
- Support broader TMC marketing campaigns and reporting.
- Report on leads, demo-to-quote conversion, client onboarding progress and satisfaction metrics.
- Monitor and respond to prospect and client queries, ensuring resolution within the agreed SLA.
- Coordinate, monitor and identify areas of improvement across the complete client journey — from enquiry and demo through to onboarding, go-live and renewal.

What we're looking for
- A confident, outspoken graduate with a passion for marketing.
- Comfortable behind the scenes on a website.
- Able to juggle digital marketing, people-facing marketing and technical upkeep.
- Detail-oriented and proactive about flagging issues.
- Advantageous: experience running an online or onsite training course, or prior experience working at a training/educational institution.

Requirements

Qualifications
- Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Communications; or a business-related degree/diploma with demonstrated marketing and digital exposure.

Additional requirements
- Good customer-service and coordination abilities.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, SMS and email marketing.
- Creative, organised, and able to work with minimal supervision.
