Marketing Manager — iTel Zimbabwe

iTel Zimbabwe is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the brand, drive demand and take marketing to the next level. Location: Harare / Bulawayo (with frequent travel). Reports to: Country Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Team management: build, manage and develop the local marketing team; define KPIs and drive capability.
• Public relations: develop and execute PR strategies; maintain relationships with mainstream, tech and social-media influencers; run brand PR campaigns; manage crisis communication.
• Product GTM: lead end-to-end planning and execution of product launch events (venue, creative, agenda, guests, on-site execution, post-event communications), delivering brand impact and sales conversion.
• Cross-functional coordination with Sales, Product, Supply Chain and After-Sales to align marketing with business goals.
• Brand & digital marketing: localize brand strategies, manage social media and digital campaigns, and optimise ROI.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer electronics, telecoms or FMCG.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proven track record in brand building, PR and digital marketing.
• Passion for technology, innovation and the iTel brand.
