Process Artisan - Grade F (Sorghum Beer Business)

Location: Aspindale Maltings

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Operating and maintaining high-speed plant equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conducting routine checks and implementing autonomous maintenance practices.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly to minimise downtime.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and adherence to safety standards.
• Maintaining accurate records and complying with quality and housekeeping.
• Complying with SHEQ and Manufacturing systems.

The Person:

• A National Certificate in Mechanical, Millwrights, Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering, or related trade.
• Class One Journeyman qualification in the relevant trade.
• A Higher National Diploma will be an added advantage.
• At least 2 years' experience as a Process/Maintenance Artisan on high-speed plant equipment.
• Strong technical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with maintenance systems and asset care principles.
• Good working knowledge of SAP and SHEQ standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
