About the Role
Vision City Estate | Midlands Province, Zimbabwe.
Vision City Estate is seeking to appoint dynamic, commercially driven and results-oriented Property Investment & Sales Advisors to join the Vision City Estate development team. We are looking for exceptional individuals who can do more than sell stands. The successful candidates will be responsible for selling the Vision City investment proposition, attracting investors, converting prospects into buyers and building a strong pipeline of individual, corporate, diaspora and institutional clients.
The role
The Property Investment & Sales Advisor will drive sales and investment into Vision City Estate by identifying prospective investors and purchasers, understanding their investment objectives, presenting the Estate's product portfolio and guiding clients through the investment and purchasing process. The successful candidate will act as a property investment consultant, sales specialist and business development representative, positioning Vision City as an attractive destination for property ownership, development and long-term investment.
Key responsibilities
Property sales & business development
- Drive the sale of residential, commercial and other available stands within Vision City Estate.
- Proactively identify new sales opportunities, conduct client consultations, presentations, site visits and property viewings.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, sales and collections.
Investment advisory
- Understand each client's investment objectives and recommend appropriate Vision City products.
- Clearly communicate the investment proposition and potential benefits of investing in Vision City.
- Explain product pricing, payment structures, development opportunities and applicable terms.
- Assist clients in understanding potential property appreciation and development opportunities.
