Sales Advisor (ZW)

Location: Harare, Zimbabwe.

Purpose: to establish and nurture client relationships, understand their unique challenges, and provide innovative drone solutions that address their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver sales presentations and live drone demonstrations to prospective clients across key industries.
• Generate new business by identifying leads, building pipelines, and achieving sales targets.
• Manage client relationships by understanding customer needs and driving retention and repeat business.
• Recommend suitable drone technology solutions based on client requirements, operational needs, and industry applications.
• Negotiate terms and close deals for drone technology solutions.
• Provide market and customer feedback to support business growth, product development, and sales strategy.

Required experience

• 4+ years of experience in sales, consulting, or customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with drone technology solutions and/or the aviation industry is an advantage.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.
• Customer-focused mindset and relationship-building skills.

Education

• Relevant Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
