Sales and Marketing Manager

Location: Harare / Gweru. Industry: food manufacturing.

Lead and oversee the end-to-end Sales and Marketing functions to drive business growth. Develop and implement integrated strategies that increase revenue, grow market share, and build brand visibility, while ensuring strong alignment between sales and marketing with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies.
• Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team.
• Manage brand, campaigns, digital, and customer relationships.
• Analyze market trends, manage budgets, and align sales forecasts with Business Control, Production and Supply Chain.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 7–10 years' Sales & Marketing experience; experience in the food manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
• Proven track record in strategy execution, team leadership and commercial management.
• Strong analytical, communication and digital marketing skills.
