Sales Representative

Location: Harare. Elevate Roofing, a leading manufacturer of roofing solutions, is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Harare.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers (builders, contractors, developers, individual homeowners, etc.).
• Promote and sell Elevate Roofing products (IBR sheets, Q-Tiles and accessories).
• Provide product information, quotations and technical guidance to customers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Represent the company at site visits, exhibitions and other marketing activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback.

Required qualifications & experience

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field (is an added advantage).
• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the roofing, construction or building materials industry.
• Good knowledge of the local construction market and customer networks.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's licence.
