Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory security role.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Valid Security Guard Certificate (an added advantage).
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to enforce security procedures and manage incidents.
- Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts.
- Clean criminal record.
- A valid Class 4 driver's licence is an added advantage.
