The Zimbabwe National Road Administration (ZINARA) is recruiting for positions in the Revenue Operations department.

Job locations: Harare (Skyline and Inkomo tollgates); other locations to be advised.

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a tollgate to ensure efficient revenue collection, accurate cash handling and compliance with organisational policies. Supervises Revenue Clerks and support staff, safeguards cash and security items, prepares reconciliations and reports, collects and computes vehicle licensing fees, manages toll-related fees and penalties, resolves customer queries, and ensures the tolling facility, equipment and environment are safe, secure and well maintained.

Qualifications

• 5 O Level subjects including Maths/Accounts and English.
• Two (2) A Level passes or equivalent.
• National Diploma in Accounts/Business Studies or equivalent.

Experience

• At least 3 years' working experience in a cash-handling environment.
