Students on Attachment – Accounts

EMF Medical Aid Society is looking for Students on Attachment (work-related learning) in the medical-insurance sector, stationed in Harare and Bulawayo. Reporting to the Assistant Accountant, the students will:

• Support routine accounting tasks, including filing and record-keeping.
• Capture and process financial transactions accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date financial records.
• Assist with regular account reconciliations.
• Contribute to the smooth daily operations of the finance department while gaining hands-on industry experience.

Qualifications & skills

• Currently pursuing a Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting, Applied Accounting, Finance or Insurance.
• Official, school-stamped attachment letter and an updated CV.
• Strong attention to detail, high level of confidentiality and a quick-learning mindset.
• Basic computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information responsibly.
• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
