Plan International Zimbabwe invites bids from qualified and experienced companies for the design, production, printing and supply of Malaria Information, Education and Communication (IEC) materials for distribution across Zimbabwe.

Scope

Design and printing of A1, A2 and A3 posters, A4 brochures, and A5 flyers and stickers in English and various local languages. Quantities vary by material type and province.

Bidder requirements

• Proven experience and technical capacity in graphic design and commercial printing.
• The ability to deliver high-quality materials to specification and timelines.
• Successful bidders must submit design concepts and/or print samples for review and approval before bulk production.
