Administration Clerk (6-Month Contract) — Mashonaland East

Station: Mashonaland East Province (Marondera). Contract: 6 months.

Duties and responsibilities

• Records and codes all office furniture and equipment for input into the asset register.
• Ensures that necessary repairs are done to furniture and equipment timeously.
• Recruits and selects contract workers.
• Captures payroll data.
• Raises procurement documents.
• Administers vehicle services and maintenance.
• Updates leave records for employees.
• Conducts Safety & Health checks.
• Files various human resource and administration documents.

Qualification and experience

• 5 'O' Levels including English Language, Mathematics or Accounts.
• Certificate in Human Resources or Administration Management.
• Computer literate.
• 1 year relevant experience.
• Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
