Duties and Responsibilities

• Reception and customer service
• Administrative support
• Records management
• Office coordination

Required qualifications & experience

• A Diploma/Degree in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, Business Management or a related field.
• 3 years' relevant working experience.
• Familiarity with the SMEs sector or lending environment is an advantage.
