1. Natural talker – Job primarily involves many interviews on the phone. Must be articulate in English and Shona or Ndebele.
2. Computer skills – Must be able to type quickly and know way around computers.
3. Financially inclined - Be interested in financial services
4. Courage – Must be respectful but not fear speaking to anyone despite their status or age.
5. Convincing – Have a sales/marketing ability to explain and get people to understand quickly and freely give information
6. Tenacious – Be able to continue to follow up until the job is done.
7. Energetic – Ability to get through work efficiently as success is based on volumes

Must be studying a degree in Banking or Finance, Risk Management or Marketing.
