We are recruiting: SME's Loans Officer (Harare).

Organisational structure

• Job title: SME's Loans Officer.
• Location: Harare.
• Incumbent superior (first level): Operations Manager.
• Department: Doves Financial Services.
• Subordinates: none.
• Grade: TBA.

Major responsibilities

• Seek out eligible clients for loans.
• Increase loan revenue by achieving sales targets.
• Conduct effective loan evaluations.
• Track and maintain loan and credit information.
• Guide customers on loan amounts if rejected.
• Explain financial risks and conduct financial literacy training for all customers.
• Engage in marketing.
• Ensure effective client retention.
• Conduct effective debt collection.
• Maintain Par30 below 5%.

Qualifications and competencies

• Experience in business loans.
• Knowledge of Harare markets.
• At least one year of driving experience with a clean licence.
• Commercial degree/diploma.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• At least one year of SME lending experience.
