About the Role

Chevening is the UK Government's prestigious international scholarships programme, funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) and partner organisations. It offers exceptional future leaders the opportunity to study a one-year master's degree in the UK, so they can drive impact in areas of shared priority for the UK and their home country — from climate action and economic prosperity to conflict recovery.

Applications for the 2027–2028 Chevening Scholarships are now open to Zimbabwean applicants. Successful scholars join a global network of leaders and decision-makers.

What's on offer
- A fully funded one-year master's degree at a UK university.
- Membership of the worldwide Chevening alumni network.

"Learn in the UK, lead at home, shape the world."

- Meet the Chevening eligibility criteria (Zimbabwean citizenship, an undergraduate degree and the required work experience — see chevening.org for full details).
- Confidence to write a compelling application.
- An email address and phone number.
