About the Role
Location: Bulawayo. The Best Car Rental is seeking a Client Services Officer to enhance customer experience, manage client accounts and ensure seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, organized and able to build strong professional relationships.
Position overview
The Client Services Officer will act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, feedback and issue resolution. You will champion customer satisfaction, coordinate service delivery with internal teams and uphold the company's commitment to professional, responsive and high-quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for client inquiries, feedback and issue resolution.
- Manage client accounts, bookings and service follow-ups.
- Coordinate closely with fleet operations to ensure smooth vehicle handovers and timely service delivery.
- Proactively gather post-rental client feedback, document insights and initiate service recovery measures when required.
- Maintain high client retention through consistent communication, professionalism and relationship management.
- Support the operations and sales teams by ensuring customer expectations are clearly communicated and met.
- Prepare client service reports and escalate complex issues appropriately.

Requirements
Qualifications & skills
- 1–3 years' experience in client services, relations or account management.
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
- Experience in car rentals, premium hospitality or corporate services is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client requests.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
