E-Filing Centre Officers (5 Posts: Bulawayo, Masvingo, Kadoma, Chinhoyi, Epworth)

Job title: E-Filing Centre Officer. Posts: 5. Locations: Tredgold (Bulawayo), Masvingo, Kadoma, Chinhoyi and Epworth Magistrates' Courts.

The E-Filing Centre Officers will support the operation of the Integrated Electronic Case Management System (IECMS). Responsibilities include:

• Assisting stakeholders with filing cases electronically.
• Addressing challenges encountered when filing cases through IECMS.
• Providing first-level IECMS system support.
• Supporting virtual court hearings.
• Assisting with user account registration and email registration.
• Supporting e-filing infrastructure management.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Knowledge and familiarity with internet technologies.
• At least one year of working experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to operate photocopiers and facsimile machines.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with staff across all levels.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
