About the Role
Based in Beatrice. To start immediately.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day farm operations.
- Manage cattle ranching activities including feeding, breeding, and animal health.
- Plan and supervise crop production activities from land preparation to harvesting.
- Supervise farm employees and ensure productivity targets are achieved.
- Manage farm budgets, equipment, and operational resources.
- Maintain farm records and prepare operational reports.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Implement strategies to improve farm productivity and profitability.

Requirements
Qualifications & experience
- Degree or Diploma in any of the following: Agriculture, Animal and Crop Science, Agribusiness Management, Livestock Production.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in farm management.
- Proven experience in cattle ranching and crop management and production.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions.
- Valid references are mandatory.
