About the Role
Lead finance, strategy and operations at our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management accounts.
- Manage cash flow, working capital and treasury functions.
- Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, regulatory and governance requirements.
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, inventory valuation and cost accounting.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements
- Practising Chartered Accountant or completed Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (mandatory).
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Aged between 23 and 30.
- Experience in manufacturing, technology, ICT or related industries is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting and internal controls.
- Experience with ERP and financial-management systems.
