General Manager — Information Communication and Technology (1)

About the Role

Reports to the Secretary. Provides strategic leadership in ICT systems, digital transformation, GIS and infrastructure across the Commission.

Duties:
- Lead development and enhancement of the Integrated Land Information Management System (ILIMS) and other digital platforms.
- Develop and enforce ICT policies, standards and governance; oversee data security, integrity and confidentiality.
- Direct planning, acquisition, maintenance and modernisation of ICT systems; manage the ICT budget.
- Lead ICT risk management, cybersecurity, business continuity and disaster recovery; promote innovation and emerging technologies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management & IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems; a postgraduate qualification (MBA, MSc Information Systems / ICT Management) is a must (PhD an added advantage).
- Additional Cyber Security, CISM or CISSP certification an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years as Manager or Deputy Director.
- Strong knowledge of ILIMS, database management, GIS and enterprise applications; ICT strategy, governance and information security.
