About the Role
Location: Marondera, Zimbabwe. We are seeking a passionate, qualified Grade 1 Teacher to join our foundation phase team, starting Monday 14 September. Inspire, Learn, Grow.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Grade 1 learners in line with both the ZIMSEC and Cambridge curriculum.
- Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.
- Assess learners and provide feedback to parents/guardians.
- Maintain class records, attendance and learner portfolios.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities.

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Primary Education with ECD/Infant specialisation.
- Registered with ZIMSEC/Ministry of Education.
- Minimum 2 years' teaching experience in Grade 1 or Lower Primary preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Patient, creative and child-centred approach.
- Computer literacy an advantage.
- Ability to coach at least 1 sport.
