About the Role
Traversal Group is looking for a Group HR Manager to lead the people function across its group of companies — recruitment, performance, culture and training across engineering, manufacturing and retail.
Duties:
- Lead recruitment and onboarding across all business units; own Group-wide performance-review and attendance processes.
- Champion a consistent culture and values; coordinate training and development programmes.
- Support payroll administration with Finance; maintain HR compliance and employee records across the Group.

Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years' HR generalist experience, including multi-site or multi-entity exposure.
- Solid experience in recruitment, performance management and HR compliance.
- IPMZ membership or equivalent preferred; strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
