About the Role
The Board of Governors seeks a new Head with a passion for girls' education to lead Chisipite Junior — a family-oriented girls' day school of 460 pupils (ECD–Grade 7) with a strong values system and Christian ethos — as it nears its 100th birthday.
The Head will safeguard the school's history and spirit, be a role model for girls, staff and the wider family, and deliver a holistic education combining strong academics with cultural and sporting pursuits.

- A well-qualified educationalist experienced in leadership and administration in a school setting.
- Committed to a holistic, values-based education and conversant with current and emerging practice.
