Housekeeper (Baines Avenue Clinic and Mazowe Street Paediatric Hospital)

Main purpose

Plan, organise, supervise and control the housekeeping function across Baines Avenue Clinic and Mazowe Street Paediatric Hospital, ensuring a clean, safe, hygienic and orderly environment across all clinical and administrative areas.

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Facilities Management or a related field.
• A Certificate in Supervisory or People Management is an added advantage.

Experience

• At least 5 years' housekeeping experience.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Experience managing housekeeping across hospital/hospitality environments is preferred.
