Human Resources & People Partner (Part-Time, 0.5 FTE)

ZSE Holdings is recruiting a part-time Human Resources & People Partner (0.5 FTE). This is not a traditional HR-administration role. We want an experienced practitioner who can help managers recruit well, manage performance, handle employee-relations issues, maintain sound people processes, manage administration issues and build accountability without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.

The successful candidate will operate as a lean strategic partner to the Group CEO and management team and coordinate specialist or outsourced support where needed.

ZSE Holdings is an investment holding company. Its subsidiaries include the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE), the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange (VFEX), which are licensed securities exchanges in Zimbabwe, and the Zimbabwe Entrepreneurship Exchange (ZEEX). The company is evolving and extending its service offering through new products and services that include:

• Mobile trading platforms (ZSE Direct and VFEX Direct)
• Market Data Services (Data Direct)
• Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs)
• Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs)
• Depository Receipts (DRs)

Qualifications

A relevant HR/Industrial Psychology degree, IPMZ certification and at least five years' experience are required. Strong industrial-relations and performance-management capability is essential. Selection will include a practical case study.
