WE ARE HIRING - IT INTERN

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to employees experiencing hardware or software issues.
• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Install and update operating systems and business applications.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining local area networks (LANs) and internet connectivity.
• Assist in creating, modifying, and disabling user accounts.
• Monitor the performance of computer systems and servers.
• Support regular data backup procedures.
• Maintain records of IT equipment, software licenses, and technical issues.
• Assist in implementing basic cybersecurity measures.
• Help users understand basic IT systems and applications.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Studying towards a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of computer systems and software.
• Knowledge of network and system security.
• Familiarity with hardware and software installation.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to learn quickly and adapt to changing technology.
