About the Role
Riverside Senior School is seeking a suitably qualified, passionate and experienced Mathematics & Physics Teacher to join its academic team.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics and Physics lessons at high-school level.
- Teach in line with the relevant Cambridge curriculum.
- Prepare learners for internal and external examinations.
- Conduct and supervise Physics practical lessons and experiments.
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, assessments and academic records.
- Provide additional academic support where necessary.
- Maintain a safe, organised and stimulating learning environment.
- Participate in co-curricular and school-wide activities and work collaboratively with the academic team.

Requirements
Requirements
- A relevant degree in Mathematics, Physics or a related field.
- A recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching both Mathematics and Physics at high-school level.
- Experience with Cambridge and/or ZIMSEC syllabi is an added advantage.
- Strong classroom management, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to inspire learners and promote strong academic performance.
- Commitment to high professional and academic standards.
