About the Role
A small private hospital in Bindura invites applications from suitably qualified, experienced and dedicated nursing professionals for the position of Matron.
Requirements
Qualifications & requirements
- Diploma in General Nursing; Diploma in Midwifery. A Degree in Nursing will be an added advantage.
- Must be registered with the Nurses Council of Zimbabwe and possess a valid Practising Certificate.
- Strong knowledge of hospital administration.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years' post-registration nursing experience; at least 2 years' in a supervisory or nursing leadership role.
- Proven experience in Maternity and Emergency Services; previous exposure to a private hospital environment an added advantage.
