Key responsibilities
- Participate in a structured graduate development programme.
- Complete assigned departmental rotations and learning assignments.

Requirements
- A First Class or Upper Second Class (2.1) degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork and collaboration.
