- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management or a related field.
- 10+ years' mining/industrial experience, including 5+ years in senior management.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning and decision-making skills.
- Strong knowledge of mineral processing, asset management, logistics, project management and safety.
