About the Role
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the registry function.
- Coordinate registration and onboarding processes for students and researchers.
- Manage and safeguard project documentation, records and institutional information.
- Serve as the primary liaison for project participation and administrative enquiries.
- Provide administrative support for grant applications, funding opportunities and project-incubation initiatives.
- Coordinate and monitor budgetary requirements; monitor project expenditures and prepare budget-utilisation reports.
- Conduct monitoring and evaluation activities; prepare periodic reports on project activities and operational performance.
- Contribute to institutional strategies through stakeholder engagement, environmental scanning and performance tracking.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Monitoring and Evaluation or any related field.
- At least three years of relevant experience in administration, registry management, project coordination, M&E or institutional operations.
- Strong report-writing, communication and stakeholder-engagement skills; strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with database or project-management systems.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.
